Who we are
This site is operated by the team behind AITaskManager. If you have any question about the data described below, contact us through the contact form on this site.
What personal data we collect
Contact form
When you submit the contact form we store the name, e-mail address, optional company name, optional team size, and the message text you entered, together with the submission date. This is used solely to answer your enquiry.
Customer accounts
If you create an account we store your e-mail address, a hashed password (never the password itself), an optional two-factor authentication secret if you enable 2FA, the number of failed sign-in attempts and any temporary lock-out time, the account creation date, and the date of your last sign-in.
Site analytics
For each request we record the date and time, IP address, browser user-agent string, the requested path and HTTP method, the referring site (and, where present, the search engine and search keyword it came from), the interface language, and whether the request looked like an automated bot. From the IP address we derive an approximate geographic location — country, region, city, and approximate coordinates — and from the user-agent we derive the browser, browser version, operating system, and device type.
We also measure how long pages and individual page sections stay visible. These measurements are linked to a random visitor identifier generated in your browser and kept in its local storage; that identifier is not linked to your name or e-mail address.
Where the data is stored
The data described above is stored in a PostgreSQL database operated for this website.
Payments and licences are handled entirely by a separate License Server. When you buy a licence you are redirected to that provider's hosted checkout page. This website never receives or stores card numbers or any other payment details, and licence e-mails are sent by the License Server, not by this site.
Cookies and local storage
We use a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in to your customer account, and a separate sign-in cookie for the administration area. These are strictly necessary — without them signing in cannot work. An anti-forgery cookie protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and a language cookie remembers your chosen interface language.
Your browser's local storage holds your cookie-banner choice and the random visitor identifier used for the visit measurements described above. You can clear both at any time from your browser settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to its processing, or request a copy of it in a portable form. To exercise any of these rights, write to us using the contact form and we will respond as soon as we can.
